Terms of Service for Chisato Anime Tracker

Welcome to Chisato Anime Tracker! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services. By using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Chisato Anime Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Chisato Anime Tracker is a mobile application that allows users to track their anime viewing progress, discover new anime, and manage their anime lists. The App provides features including but not limited to:

  • Anime tracking and progress management
  • Anime discovery and recommendations
  • User account management
  • Premium features including anime notifications and AI suggestions
  • Integration with third-party anime databases

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You may register using Apple ID or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for updating your account information to keep it current and accurate.

4. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users aged 12 and above. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 12 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

5. Premium Features and Payments

The App offers premium features including anime notifications and AI anime suggestions. Premium features are available through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple, and we do not store your payment information.

Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including MyAnimeList for anime data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MyAnimeList or any other third-party service providers.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.

7. User-Generated Content and Moderation

Users may generate content such as reviews, ratings, and comments. We reserve the right to monitor and moderate user-generated content periodically. We may remove content that violates these Terms or is inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.

You are solely responsible for any content you post or share through the App. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain at least 90% service availability, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. App Updates

We may release updates to the App to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Updates are not scheduled on a regular basis and will be released as needed. You are responsible for keeping your App updated to the latest version.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Leo Martin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included software without our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

ANIME CONTENT AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY ANIME CONTENT OR RECOMMENDATIONS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App from your device and contacting us through the provided contact information.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Peru.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.
